UnitAtlas provides an interactive visualization platform for residential real estate developers, including interactive plot maps, building visualizations, and sales management tools.

3. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing varies from €200 to €800 per project per month, depending on project size and complexity. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of UnitAtlas are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

UnitAtlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued at the end of the current billing period.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform.
